Zelle® is a fast and easy service that allows you to send money to eligible small businesses. Money typically is sent from one account to another when both parties are enrolled with Zelle® through their financial institution.
How Ordering with Zelle® Works
Ordering with Zelle® is quick and secure. To locate your bank or but Triad must generate the official request and order documents for you before payment can be made.
1. Submit the form to Triad to Start Your Order
Complete the form or email us directly with:

Phone number

Email Address
-
Zelle Contact
-
Shipping address
-
Custom specs (model, color, front tire type)
2. We Generate Your Order & Zelle® Request
Once we receive your details, Triad will create your order documents and issue a Zelle® payment request from our official account. If you are not yet enrolled, easy instructions will be automatically sent to your phone or email from Zelle directly along with our request.
3. Approve & Place Your Order
You’ll receive the request by email or text message depending on your Zelle® enrollment contact. Review it carefully, confirm the details, and send the Zelle® via online banking or through your smart phone app.

Once you send, your order is automatically placed and approved.

Production and shipping notifications will follow so you can track your Triad to your door.
4. Paid Invoice & Title
After Zelle® clears, we’ll email your Paid in Full Invoice and generate the Title to your new Triad for your records.
5. Build & Update Window
Your custom-made Triad enters the build process. You’ll have 5 days from the order date to make any changes (e.g. color, tire type) before the full build is complete.
